Job Title: Logistics Business Support Specialist (Bilingual Korean/English)

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Business Support professional to join a growing team in Plano, TX. This role will support sales, customer service, pricing, reporting, and cross-functional logistics operations while working closely with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management reporting and business performance tracking

• Assist with freight pricing, quotations, and rate documentation

• Maintain CRM records and sales databases

• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution

• Support sales order processing and shipment-related activities

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Pricing teams

• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business reports

• Assist with profitability analysis and Excel-based reporting

• Conduct market research and support business development initiatives

• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Entry-level to 3 years of experience in logistics operations, sales support, customer service, or business support

• Bilingual English/Korean (written and verbal) required

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus

• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
